Dining
Our main dining room can sit up to 120 people in one sitting. The functionality and sheer size of the room allows sittings to run smoothly and efficiently. This room can also be used as a large function area during your stay. Additionally, we have a secondary, smaller dining room accompanied with a bar, lounge and wood fire - allowing group supervisors to relax during their stay.
Meals
At The Capital Airport Motel, all-inclusive packages are available for our groups including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Morning and afternoon tea options as well as supper are also on offer for groups staying at the motel. Our in-house chef specialises in providing quality, nutritious food that is sure to be loved by all. With an immense variety including both continental and buffet style breakfast, we aim to ensure meals are enjoyed by everyone. Special dietary requirements are also catered for, to ensure all guest's individual needs are accommodated.
Rooms
We have a variety of rooms allowing us to accommodate 4-8 people per room, as well as single/double rooms for supervisors. All rooms are fitted with reverse cycle air conditioning for heating and cooling, as well as an ensuite bathroom to ensure group stays are as comfortable as possible. All rooms are accessed through the main atrium area, allowing ease of supervision for all groups.

The Capital Airport Motel layout is perfect for group accommodation. With a total of 64 rooms spread across 2 levels, we can cater for both small and large group bookings. Entry to each room is through our tranquil indoor atrium, creating a unique atmosphere that is sure to impress.
